学校设有医务室，相关工作人员和部分教职员工定期接受急救培训，学校寄宿部另设有24小时医务室，此外，学校配备有AED急救仪等设备，保证学生在需要时能够得到及时的照顾和处置。家长/监护人必须每年向学校提供学生最新的医疗信息，以确保学校在学生参与活动时能给予恰当的支持。在学生参加远足或旅行活动前，学校也会要求家长/监护人提供更多相关信息。如果学生出现新的健康问题，病情及所用药物出现变化，或是有特殊需求，家长须立即通知学校。
上述政策和规范依照南宁市卫生局指引制定。医务室配备了合格的保健医生及急救护士。
