我们的课外延展课程不仅仅是“额外”的课程，我们将这些项目称之为“延展课程”是因为我们相信重要的学习体验不仅仅局限在教室之内，而是在课堂之外，这些活动能够帮助学生扩宽视野，将探险精神融入其中，并且培养哈罗的六大领导力特质。延展性的活动、社团支撑着学术学习。
根据学生能力程度不同，学校的课外拓展课程分为CCA联课活动、精英运动校队、音乐学院几个类别。学校目前开设超过110门课外拓展课程，已组建起8大校队及由驻校音乐家执教的音乐学院，同时学校还组织参加戈壁挑战、学生创业项目以及Dof E爱丁堡公爵国际奖，助力学生尽展天赋，成为终身运动者、责任担当者、热爱生活的优雅者。

Ms Dunphy brings over 20 years of leadership and teaching experience across some of the UK’s leading schools, including public, independent, and girls’ schools. She previously held a senior leadership position at the prestigious Cheltenham Ladies’ College.
She pursued advanced studies at the University of Oxford and has extensive expertise in strategic leadership, school operations, and academic improvement. Under her leadership, schools have achieved notable progress in overall performance and student achievement.
Ms Dunphy is deeply committed to fostering an inclusive, supportive, and aspirational school culture. As an educational leader with an international outlook, she strives to achieve a strong balance between academic excellence and holistic student development.
