Time flies
This year, Nanning’s winter arrived in time
In the morning a few rays of light poured into the campus
In the warm sunshine
the HLL Winter Show
was about to start
First of all, our Head of HLL Nanning, Ms. Glesni Guest gave her opening speech:”It is a great honour to share some festive cheer with you today. Our little lions have been busy preparing for the concert by learning special winter songs and dances that they will perform on stage today. We hope the songs fill your hearts with joy and send you into the winter holidays filled with excitement about what’s to come.”
The Pre-K children dressed in snow-white clothes were the first to sing I’m a Little Snowman.
Next, K1 students, who have recently learned the theme of “winter”, would like to perform Little Snowflake.
Dance from K2 students — Reindeer Pokey.
Up next were K3 who have transformed into Santa’s helpers, they sang a song I want to be an elf.
After the grade-separated performances, Ms.Liya, our music teacher, prepared a musical scene about winter for us, all the little lions cooperated together!
The Winter Show came to an end with laughter from the Lions, teachers and parents. Some parents were moved to tears as they saw the growth of their children. At the end of the show, Head of Lower School, Mr David Dee, went on the stage to thank the teachers for all the work they had done behind the scenes, and at the same time, high-five with children and praised them for all the performances they had put on. Once again, the Lions showed their “courage”, weare so pround that the Harrow values rooted in the hearts of our little lions.
Let’s look forward to our little lions’s next show!
